Welcome to Perry Middle School!  I am honored to serve as the campus Instructional Dean.

In 2013, I earned a Bachelors of Arts in History from Texas A&M - Corpus Christi. Go Islanders! My entire career in Education has been at Perry and prior to serving as Instructional Dean, I taught 8th grade U.S. History for seven years.

While my background is in history, I love all things data! I am looking forward to working with both staff and students to push for high expectations for all.

Welcome Eagle Families to DeWitt Perry Middle School! I have the privilege to serve as one of the Instructional Deans!

My entire career has been at Perry Middle School since 2005, prior to serving as Instructional Dean I served as part of the Special Services Department in various roles.

I am a proud product of CFBISD attending Thompson (Woodlake) Elementary, Dan F. Long Middle School and Newman Smith High School. I believe CFBISD provides each and every student and family with a supportive, safe, diverse and rigorous educational journey.

In 2006, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from the University of North Texas. In 2017 I earned a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University.

In my free time, I love to craft and watch sports. My husband Matt is also a CFBISD product and both of our mothers taught in CFB for over 30 years. Our children Joshua and Emily both attend CFB schools.
