Meet the Principal
Vicky Cisneros
Welcome to Perry Middle School, home of the Eagles It is a true honor to serve as principal at a campus with amazing students, dedicated staff, and a diverse community rich with culture and traditions.
My career in education began in 2006. I am a proud first-generation college graduate and knew from an early age that I was destined to serve others. I believe strongly in the power of relationships and feel this should be the foundation of all we do! I’ve had the privilege of serving students as a bilingual elementary teacher, high school counselor, high school assistant and associate principal. My goal is to foster a school environment that supports the personal and academic growth of every student. I firmly believe that every student can achieve success when empowered with the right tools and relentless support. As educators we have an amazing opportunity to guide students to become responsible, culturally aware, and productive members of society—a charge I don’t take lightly!
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Methodist University where I double majored in Psychology and Spanish Literature. I also have a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Amberton University and completed my administrative coursework with the University of North Texas. I am the proud wife of a Dallas police officer and a mom to three wonderful kids, all of whom attend CFBISD schools.
I am so thankful and honored to be a part of the Perry family. I believe strongly in open communication and I welcome you to not only stop by and say hello but to be an active part of the learning process and school culture. Thank you for choosing Perry—it’s going to be a great year!
